OUR MISSION

The Mothers Village is a maternal support company and growing network of certified birth doulas, postpartum doulas, newborn care specialists, and career advisors based in Boca Raton, serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties. We connect families with expert support from pregnancy and birth through postpartum recovery and the return to work.

I built The Mothers Village because no one should navigate motherhood without one. Before founding TMV, I spent close to two decades in HR leadership, which gave me both the professional lens and the passion to build something that truly puts mothers first.

My mission is to support every woman through one of life's most demanding transitions, whatever her circumstances, her career, or her path into motherhood looks like. I know this firsthand. From birth trauma and postpartum isolation to losing my job while on maternity leave, I have lived through every gap this village is designed to close.

In a season that is too often navigated alone, I want to remove the barriers that stand between a mother and her recovery, her identity, and her ambitions, and to build the village that should have existed for every mother before her.
