Postpartum Doula
Your fourth trimester deserves real support
Your postpartum doula comes to you for in-home support. She is experienced, grounded, and entirely focused on your family. She is there so you can rest, heal, and actually be present for the moments that matter.
What is a postpartum doula?
During the day she answers your questions, builds your confidence, and helps your whole family find its rhythm. At night she takes over so you can sleep handling everything your baby needs so you wake up rested.
Everything our postpartum support covers
-
The weeks after birth are one of the most important and often overlooked seasons of a mother's life. Your postpartum doula is there to make sure you are resting, healing, and feeling supported as your body recovers and your family adjusts to life with a new baby.
What is included:
Hands-on support for your physical and emotional recovery
Newborn care guidance so you feel confident and informed
A calm, experienced presence that holds space for you
-
Your doula is trained in newborn care and steps in so you can rest, recover, and be present with your family. Whether it is day shifts, overnight shifts, or both — she is there when you need her most.
What is included:
Infant care including feeding, soothing, bathing, and settling
Breastfeeding and bottle feeding support
Sibling care and family adjustment support
-
A postpartum doula does not just care for your baby — she takes care of your home environment so you can focus on what matters most. The small things that pile up quickly become one less thing on your plate.
What is included:
Light housekeeping and tidying
Laundry and meal preparation
Light errands as needed
-
Your TMV team stays connected long after your doula leaves. For us your postpartum journey does not end when the shift does.
What is included:
Virtual support from your TMV team
Ongoing access for questions, guidance, and reassurance
"A woman in the postpartum period needs to be mothered just as much as her baby needs to be mothered."

We start by getting to know you, your birth story, your recovery, your baby, and what kind of support would make the biggest difference for your family.
Discovery Call
Based on your needs, we match you with a vetted postpartum doula or newborn care specialist from our network. Every professional is credentialed, background checked, and personally aligned with our values.
Your match
Your doula meets with you before birth to build your birth plan, answer your questions, and establish the trust that makes all the difference.
In-home support
Your doula is with you through labor and delivery, wherever that happens, and follows up in the days after to make sure you and your family are supported as you settle in at home.

Your Questions, Answered
-
Ideally before your baby arrives. Booking early means your specialist is already matched and ready when you need her. That said, if you've just had your baby and realized you need support, reach out now. We'll do everything we can to get someone to you quickly.
-
Every family is different, which is why we offer flexible packages based on your needs and schedule. Whether you're looking for a few nights a week or daily support, we'll help you figure out the right fit on your discovery call. Most families find that having a set number of hours gives them peace of mind, and if you need more support along the way, we can always adjust.
-
Your specialist takes over through the night so you can sleep. She handles feedings, bringing your baby to you to breastfeed or bottle feeding directly, burping, settling, diaper changes, and anything else your baby needs.
-
Absolutely. We support whatever feeding approach works for your family.
-
Our postpartum and night care services are offered in hour packages tailored to your family's needs. Pricing and package options are shared during your free discovery call.
-
Absolutely. C-section recovery requires extra care and attention, and our postpartum doulas are there to support you through it from helping you move comfortably at home to making sure you're not lifting or doing more than you should while you heal. Your recovery matters just as much as your baby's care.
-
Absolutely. We'll make sure we match you with a specialist who has experience with twins or multiples, and we'll talk through the right level of support for your family on your discovery call.
-
We always recommend booking before your due date so your specialist is already matched and ready to go. That said, we understand babies don't always follow a plan and if you need someone quickly after your baby arrives, reach out right away and we'll do everything we can to get someone to you as fast as possible.
